It may still be winter, but keep watching as our plant of the week will flowering very soon!  It’s a dogwood, but certainly not the dogwood most folks think of!  Grown as a large multi-stemmed shrub or small tree with a somewhat rounded habit – becomes covered with clusters of yellow flowers in early March (weather pending) and can last for up to 3 weeks.  Good green leaf, edible red cherry like fruit in September – grows 15-20’ high and wide – sun or part shade.
