TWO CHEESE TORTE WITH GREEN CHILIES

12 ozs Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

12 ozs. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained

3 eggs, beaten slightly

1/3 cup milk

3 tablespoons flour

Preheat oven to 375.

Whisk milk and flour together. Then mix cheeses, chilies, eggs and milk mixture until well blended.

Pour into an 8-inch-square baking dishs.  Bake 35-40 minutes. Let rest a few minutes. Serve warm.
